Job Description : The Communications Manager is responsible for executing communication initiatives that support organizational goals, strengthen teammate engagement, enhance brand reputation, and promote a consistent organizational voice across all audiences. This role serves as a communications partner to stakeholders across the organization, translating complex business information into compelling, informative, and actionable content while supporting storytelling efforts that showcase the company's culture, values, achievements, and strategic priorities.
This role will report to the Senior Manager of External Communications. While this is primarily a remote position, preference will be given to candidates based in or around Owens & Minor’s office in Richmond, VA. The anticipated salary for this position is $90,000-$100,000 annually with a 10% AIP eligibility. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
