Commercial Real Estate Cold Caller Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1โ€“2 Years Turn Your Voice into Your Biggest Asset Are you the person who can get a "no" and still walk away with a callback? Do you thrive on the thrill of a great pitch and love closing the gap between a cold lead and a booked appointment? We're looking for a Commercial Real Estate Cold Caller who's ready to bring energy, persistence, and persuasion to a growing, fast-paced commercial real estate team. This isn't just dialing numbers โ€” it's the front line of our acquisitions pipeline for commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily (5+ units), and mixed-use assets. Commercial deals move differently than residential โ€” longer relationships, bigger stakes, and owners or decision-makers who expect a caller who sounds like they know the space. If you're confident, quick on your feet, and genuinely enjoy the game of turning "not interested" into "let's talk," we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Make outbound cold calls to commercial property owners, landlords, investors, asset managers, and brokers across asset classes (office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use) Pull and build targeted call lists using county records, CRE data platforms, and public/private property databases Identify and qualify off-market and undervalued commercial properties based on owner motivation, property condition, and financial indicators Gather key property details: lease type (NNN, gross, modified gross), tenant occupancy/vacancy status, square footage, zoning, and ownership structure Research and reach decision-makers directly โ€” including owners, property managers, LLC representatives, and asset managers โ€” not just front-desk contacts Set qualified appointments for our acquisitions/sales team with clear notes on deal potential Maintain and update CRM with detailed call notes, property data, and lead status Follow call scripts while keeping conversations natural, credible, and tailored to commercial owners Hit daily/weekly call volume, talk-time, and lead generation targets Handle objections with confidence โ€” especially from sophisticated owners, brokers, and gatekeepers who are used to fielding investor calls What You Bring 1โ€“2 years of experience in a call center handling international accounts, and/or real estate cold calling โ€” commercial experience strongly preferred Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred) Comfort speaking with business owners, investors, and brokers โ€” not just residential homeowners Strong persuasion and negotiation instincts โ€” you know how to read a conversation and steer it Ability to work independently and stay motivated with minimal supervision Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and skip tracing/contact research Experience pulling and building your own lead lists (county records, CRE data platforms, or similar tools) A target-driven mindset and genuine competitive streak Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus, not a must) Bonus Points For Working knowledge of commercial real estate terminology: cap rate, NOI, NNN/gross leases, cash-on-cash return, CRE asset classes Experience cold calling for office, retail, industrial, or multifamily acquisitions specifically Experience with lead generation tools, skip tracing platforms, and auto-dialers Familiarity with list-pulling/data platforms such as PropStream, Reonomy, CoStar, or county assessor records Prior appointment-setting experience for acquisitions or investment sales teams Sharp listening skills and objection-handling instincts with sophisticated, high-value prospects Why You'll Want This Role Competitive base salary โ€” get rewarded for showing up and doing the work Performance-based incentives/bonuses โ€” the better you perform, the m
