Responsibilities

- Maintain a detailed record of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation.

- Provide feedback and insights to improve calling scripts and strategies.

- Achieve or exceed monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative setting.

- Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other administrative tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or sales are a plus.
