Cold Caller / Inside Sales Representative - US Home Services

We are ProFixter, a home services company based in Long Island, New York. We are hiring an experienced Cold Caller / Inside Sales Representative to sell our handyman membership service to homeowners. This is a SALES position. You will NOT be setting appointments. Your job is to call homeowners, introduce ProFixter, explain how our handyman membership works, answer questions, overcome objections, and encourage interested homeowners to visit our website and purchase a membership. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Make outbound cold calls to homeowners in the United States * Introduce ProFixter and our handyman membership * Explain the benefits and pricing clearly * Follow our sales script while speaking naturally * Answer questions and handle objections * Direct interested homeowners to our website to review plans and sign up * Follow up with interested homeowners who are not ready to purchase immediately * Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and interested prospects WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * Excellent spoken English * Clear and easy-to-understand accent * Strong sales and persuasion skills * Previous cold-calling experience * Experience selling to US customers is strongly preferred * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls * Confident handling rejection and objections * Reliable internet * Good computer and headset * Quiet working environment * Ability to work during New York business hours Experience selling home services, subscriptions, insurance, solar, roofing, remodeling, HVAC, real estate, telecommunications, or similar services is a major plus.
