Cold Caller

We are looking for a proactive and confident Cold Caller to help identify and connect with potential caregiver candidates. The ideal candidate is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, engaging with candidates professionally, and generating interest in available opportunities. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to potential caregiver candidates Identify and engage qualified candidates Clearly explain available opportunities and answer basic questions Follow up with interested candidates and maintain communication Record candidate information and call outcomes accurately Maintain organized sourcing and outreach records Meet daily outreach and sourcing goals Requirements Previous cold calling experience preferred Excellent English communication skills Confident and professional phone presence Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills Organized, persistent, and comfortable making multiple calls daily Ability to work independently and meet targets ????
