Client Relationship Executive (Warm UK Mortgage Leads) Location: Remote Salary: $400 USD per month, plus performance-based incentives Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (UK time) About Us LMR Financial Services is a fast-growing UK mortgage and insurance brokerage. We're building a team of ambitious people who want more than just a remote job. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our business and take on greater opportunities as we continue to expand. The Role You'll be speaking with warm leads who have already enquired about our mortgage and insurance services. Your role is to: Build rapport with potential clients. Make clients feel comfortable. Qualify each lead by asking the right questions. Book appointments for our Mortgage Advisers. Keep our CRM up to date. Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call. This is not a cold-calling role. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Speaks fluent English with confidence. Brings positive energy to every conversation. Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships. Is reliable, organised, and professional. Wants to learn, improve, and grow with our business. Is comfortable working towards targets.
