The Role:

Client HR Tech Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technical landscape and technical solutions of Strada Global Payroll clients. They will collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirement within the contracted HR Tech landscape, providing expert guidance and support in optimizing HR technology solutions that align with their business objectives and HR transformation journey. Additionally, the Client HR Tech Lead will stay updated on Strada products upgrades and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the client's technical ecosystem. The Client HR Tech Lead partners with the Strada account management team and Delivery organization to provide HR technology expertise that enhances client experience, reinforces Strada’s role as a strategic HR technology partner, and supports technical delivery excellence.
The key responsibilities will cover:

Enabling e2e HR technology expertise for clients and best practises guidance within contracted technology landscape.

Accountability for client technical design after go-live, involving supporting roles if needed: BAU Solution Architects, SPOCs etc. Leading discussions on Strada standard model, global solution design, potential changes and deviations.

Facilitating client-specific analysis and communication about Strada IP product upgrades. Coordination of optional features enablement. Acting as an advocate for increasing client´s usage % of the contracted HR technology.

Responsibility for IT cross-client initiatives requiring coordination on account level.

Accountability for technological health of client service delivery. Second level of escalation for critical technical issues (after ITCSO). Go to green action plans.

Identifying and supporting opportunities leading to technical CRs.

Moderating client-specific technical design documentation custody and regular updates.

Technical resource requests (CRs, allocation increase).

About you:

The candidate must have strong knowledge of the Strada HR Technology portfolio, including top HRIS solutions (Workday or SuccessFactors and their integration with payroll), Strada Exchange, payroll engines (SAP or euHReka), and time solutions, with a solid understanding of features, capabilities, and integration best practices. Previous experience as a Payroll Technical Consultant or HRIS/integrations Technical Consultant is highly desired, providing hands‑on exposure to complex HR and payroll systems. A problem‑solving mindset and strong coordination skills are essential. The candidate thrives in complex technical environments, leading coordination across multidisciplinary teams, driving practical solutions to non‑obvious technical challenges, and continuously learning to keep pace with evolving technologies and client business needs.

The role also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders, actively listen, and understand client needs. Strong interpersonal skills are critical, as the candidate will work closel
