CLIENT EXPERIENCE & GROWTH SPECIALIST

A franchise office within one of the industry's largest franchise networks is seeking a highly motivated Client Experience & Growth Specialist to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience while aggressively growing the business through new client acquisition and additional services. Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries. • Handle customer concerns and objections with a positive, professional attitude. • Manage daily changes to the Master Schedule. • Qualify prospects and schedule in-person sales appointments. • Follow up on sales opportunities and help acquire new clients. • Identify opportunities for additional/adjacency services. • Complete required documentation accurately and on time. • Additional back-office responsibilities and hours may become available based on performance.
