Manage configuration of project documents and ensure all changes are properly documented and implemented. 5. Handle conflicts that may arise during project execution, finding efficient and effective solutions to keep the project on track. 6. Oversee construction management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. 7. Use problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, finding innovative solutions to achieve project goals.
