Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in crypto, blockchain, and digital assets to lead our technology vision and execution.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of scaling platforms while ensuring security, performance, and regulatory awareness.
Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the overall technology strategy and architecture aligned with business goals

- Lead the design, development, and scaling of crypto / digital asset platforms

- Take hands-on ownership of core technology decisions , architecture reviews, and critical implementations

- Oversee blockchain integrations, wallets, exchanges, APIs, and smart contract interactions

- Ensure security, scalability, and compliance (data protection, transaction integrity, system resilience)

- Build, mentor, and manage engineering teams (internal / external)

- Collaborate closely with business, compliance, and product stakeholders

- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies relevant to the crypto ecosystem

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in a CTO / Head of Engineering / Tech Lead role

- Prior hands-on experience in crypto, blockchain, or digital assets

- Strong knowledge of blockchain platforms, wallets, exchanges, APIs, and distributed systems

- Experience with modern tech stacks (cloud, microservices, DevOps)

- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and system reliability

- Ability to balance startup agility with enterprise-grade discipline
