Job Responsibilities:

- Investment Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company's goals. Identify potential investment opportunities and conduct thorough due diligence.

- Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead and manage M&A activities including deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution. Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential acquisitions, including financial analysis and valuation.

- Risk Management: Assess and manage investment risks, ensuring thorough risk analysis and mitigation strategies.

- Post-Investment Management: Oversee the performance of acquired assets and investments, ensuring they meet financial and strategic objectives.

- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and direction to junior team members, ensuring projects are executed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- Fluency in both Chinese and English, excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven experience in investment management, manage multiple projects, with a strong track record in M&A and project investment.

- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, risk management, and post-investment management.

- Exceptional commercial insight and the ability to understand complex business environments.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
