Role Overview

As the Channels and Partnerships Sales Manager (C&PSMgr), you will drive sales growth across all territories outside the USA and Canada. Based in one of our target European regions, you will spearhead high-growth opportunities, manage indirect sales channels (Advisers), and build global partner ecosystems with System Integrators (SIs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).

This role is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring you to build robust partner programs, optimize incentive structures, and expand our partner tooling and enablement initiatives to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Ecosystem Growth

- Drive Partner Revenue: Devise and execute long-term strategic initiatives to grow revenue through System Integrators, VARs, and Adviser networks.

- Optimize Partner Economics: Design and refine competitive partner incentive models, monetization strategies, and margin structures to attract and retain high-value partners.

- Enablement & Programs: Build robust partner enablement plans, tooling, and support systems to accelerate partner onboarding and sales success.

Sales & Campaign Execution

- Lead Generation: Design and execute innovative partner-led campaigns to build pipeline and drive revenue.

- Pipeline Management: Oversee sales pipelines, deal registration, and lead routing processes for channel partners.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional bid teams on complex, high-value opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Performance

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and partner feedback to adjust strategies dynamically.

- Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, partner program effectiveness, and overall ROI.

Qualifications & Skills
Location & Eligibility
- Must be based in and eligible to work in one of the following countries: UK, France, Italy, Finland, Germany, Czechia, Poland, Spain, or Portugal.

Experience

- 5+ years of proven experience in software partner sales strategy, ideally within the Simulation & Training or Mission Planning & Rehearsal industries.

- Deep knowledge of channel frameworks (SIs, VARs, Advisers) and partner incentive models.

- Experience navigating Government, Defence (MoD), and Intelligence budgets, procurement, and acquisition processes.

Technical & Strategic Competencies

- Strong proficiency in CRM software (pipeline/opportunity management), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

- Advanced analytical skills—leveraging data and AI tools to optimize sales analysis, productivity, and decision-making.

- Demonstrated success managing sales pipelines, deal registrations, and complex bid processes across diverse global cultures.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience in the software/simulation industry.
