Certified IT Systems Specialist for Medical Practice

About This Job: OptiMindHealth is a mental health and wellness counseling company. We are a group of doctors, psychologists, and clinical social workers committed to improving the psychological health and wellbeing of our patients. We are supported by a hard-working and devoted staff who help us in all aspects of practice operations. We’re looking for an experienced IT professional who can provide responsive, on-demand, internal IT support and assist with data analytics and reporting. In this role, you’ll handle support tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly. You’ll also help create and maintain Power BI dashboards to turn data into actionable insights. Experience with Azure, Power BI, Intune, Autopilot deployments, and on-demand help desk services is a big plus. One of the following certifications is required: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+. Having two or all three will make you stand out. We're seeking someone with several years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 help desk experience, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
