If you're passionate about Japanese pop culture and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, we'd love to hear from you. ---Compensation & Bonuses -Annual Individual Performance Bonus -Subject to individual performance and overall company results. -Up to 150% of your annual base salary -Paid once per year -Quarterly Team Bonus (per employee) -Paid up to four times per year based on team performance. -Up to ¥100,000 cash bonus -Up to ¥20,000 Amazon Gift Card -Up to 2 additional paid holidays -Extended morning and afternoon breaks of up to 25 minutes each ---Working Hours -Monday – Friday -8:00 AM – 5:00 PM -1-hour lunch break -15-minute morning break -15-minute afternoon break ---Benefits -International work environment -Casual dress code and hairstyle -Modern break room featuring: -Nintendo Switch 2 -PlayStation 5 -Mini Famicom -Meta Quest 3 VR Headset -Table Tennis -Sofa & Yogibo -Coffee machine -Microwave -Refrigerator -Bicycle parking ---Your Responsibilities -Maintain and continuously improve the accuracy of thousands of products in our catalog. -Review and validate product names, translations, prices, weights, quantities, brands, and licenses. -Monitor newly activated products and quickly identify catalog errors or inconsistencies. -Track major Japanese gaming, anime, manga, and TCG news sources (such as X, Famitsu, and other industry websites) and proactively share important information with the Community Manager. -Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams by checking supplier emails daily, monitoring LINE for urgent communications, and processing new product information. -Monitor competitor websites and identify relevant opportunities. -Review older listings and restock products whenever possible. -Ensure trending and high-demand products remain sufficiently stocked. -Respond to catalog-related requests from internal teams. -Maintain a structured and well-organized workflow across all catalog-related tasks. -Balance speed with accuracy while minimizing errors and reducing the need for rework. -Continuously improve catalog quality, consistency, and accuracy. ---We Are Looking For Someone Who -Has excellent attention to detail. -Is organized and enjoys working with large amounts of information. -Learns quickly and takes initiative. -Is proactive and solution-oriented. -Communicates effectively and works well within a team. -Enjoys discovering new anime, gaming, and collectible products. -Is passionate about Japanese pop culture and excited to stay up to date with the latest releases.
