CAD Drafter/Designer

CAD Designer – Immediate Employment An established engineering consulting firm is seeking a talented and motivated CAD Designer for immediate employment. Candidates with experience or educational backgrounds in civil, structural, or environmental engineering, architecture, or a related field are preferred. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving technical problems, working collaboratively, and developing new skills. Qualifications & Requirements Approximately 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD preferred. Proficiency with CAD and 3D rendering/design software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with additional graphic design, rendering, or visualization software is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Self-starter with an ambitious, positive, and can-do attitude. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to address both large-scale conceptual challenges and detailed, task-level issues. Ability to understand and work through complex design and technical issues. Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
