Business Technical Analyst
About the team
The Business Technical Analyst (BTA) operates as the interface between Life Operations and Technology, ensuring key business systems are reliable, efficient, and responsive to organizational needs. This role integrates technical troubleshooting, business assessment, data analysis, and operational support to quickly fix production problems while encouraging ongoing progress in business procedures.
