Run-Coach.app is looking for one part-time Business Development Representative to build partnerships with running event organizers around the world. This is a full-cycle sales role. You find the organizer, you call them, you run the meeting, and you stay with it until the partnership is live. Nobody hands you leads and nobody takes the deal off your hands halfway through. If you like owning something end to end, this is that. We are a small team. You will work directly with our CEO and Operations & Partnerships Manager. We are hiring one or two people now and plan to grow the sales team later this year. ABOUT US We are Bench Sp. z o.o., a registered company in Poland. Our product is Run-Coach.app, an AI-powered running form analysis. Our business model with race organizers is simple: the organizer adds our analysis to their event registration form, their runners get a personalised analysis, and the organizer earns a share of the revenue. Your job is to find those organizers and bring them on board. Go look at run-coach.app before you apply. We would rather you did. If something about us does not add up to you, we would rather you asked us now than wasted your time. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Research running events โ€” marathons, trail races, city runs, ultras โ€” and find who actually decides things; - Call them. Phone first, email only when there is no number, or when nobody picks up after a few tries; - Handle the first conversation and book an online meeting; - Run that meeting yourself and present our partnership offer; - Negotiate, answer objections, and get to a yes or a clear no; - Follow through until the organizer has our analysis live on their registration form; - Keep the CRM current so we can both see what is happening. We provide the calling software. International calls cost you nothing. A TYPICAL WEEK There is no fixed shift. You decide when you work, because you decide which organizers you go after and which time zones they sit in. What a week usually looks like: - Roughly 4-6 hours finding and researching organizers, and getting their phone numbers; - Roughly 8-10 hours on the phone and following up; - 2-4 hours in online meetings with organizers who said yes to a call; - 1-2 hours keeping the CRM current. Some weeks that tilts more toward calling, some more toward meetings. We pay by the hour, so if it lands at 18 hours one week and 22 the next, that is fine. We are still choosing which countries to focus on first, and we want your input. If you have sold into a particular market before and know how people there answer the phone, tell us. It may well become where we start. WHO YOU ARE - You have real experience in direct sales or in a call center. You have picked up the phone, spoken to a stranger, and asked them for something. Many times; - Your English is fluent, spoken and written. You will be on the phone with event organizers. How you sound matters as much as how you write; - You are comfortable on video calls with people who run large events and are used to being pitched; - You are self-directed. Nobody will be watching your screen or counting your keystrokes. We will look at results; - B2B sales experience is a strong plus, but we are not requiring it; - An interest in running or endurance sports is a plus, not a requirement. THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF - You would rather send email s than make calls. Most of this job is calls; - You want a fixed script and a supervisor telling you what to do each day; - You are looking for something to run in the background alongside three other clients; - You want guaranteed high earnings from month one. The base is modest and honest; the upside is in the commission, and the commission takes work. WHAT YOU NEED ON YOUR END - A stable internet connection, at least 25 Mbps; - A quiet room. Organizers will hear everything. COMPENSATION - USD 4.00 per hour, billed for the hours you actually work; - At 20 hours a week that is roughly USD 347 (a
