Your primary objective is to build a robust pipeline of high-net-worth investors and partner with local real estate brokers to channel capital into Portuguese commercial assets. Key Responsibilities Network Expansion: Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and wealth managers seeking European commercial investments. B2B Partnerships: Pitch and onboard local Philippine real estate agencies to join the Porameta Global Broker Network. Platform Demonstrations: Conduct high-level presentations of the Porameta platform and our Active Investor Demand Board to prospective clients. Deal Facilitation: Act as the primary liaison between Philippine buyers and our Portuguese concierge and broker teams to facilitate smooth cross-border transactions. An existing, deeply rooted professional network within Metro Manila's financial and real estate sectors. Impeccable English communication and presentation skills; you must project a premium, enterprise-grade brand image.
