Description We’re looking for a fearless Senior Business Development Manager to join the Overwolf team - spreading the word about our innovative platform and promoting UGC across the games industry. As our Business Development captain at Overwolf, your core responsibility will be to create a pipeline of partners to integrate Overwolf’s tech across the gaming industry and drive business results. This role is open to all US residents Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic business and GTM plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion - Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners and key accounts - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities - Build strong relationships with clients and partners, delivering impactful presentations and demos - Design, evaluate, and optimize sales campaigns and communication channels - Represent the company at local conferences and events, supporting regional business needs Requirements - 6+ years of experience in the games industry - Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to generate new opportunities and build relationships with creators, gamers, developers, and game studios - Hardcore gamer, actively playing 2-3 hardcore games - Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with the ability to help others improve and grow, and a passion for sharing knowledge and expertise - High standards of professionalism and attention to detail, with the ability to represent Overwolf effectively in all interactions - Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, with a willingness to accept decisions respectfully and contribute to team goals - Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning and growth - Ability to travel 3-4 times a year for international conferences
