Key Responsibilities - Identify, acquire, and onboard India KOLs, influencers, community leaders, and trading groups . - Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to promote brand awareness and trading activity. - Develop localized growth strategies tailored to the Indian audience. - Manage KOL campaigns from negotiation to execution, ensuring strong ROI and measurable results. - Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, and Global BD teams to optimize regional performance. - Monitor key market trends, competitor activities, and local community engagement. - Drive trading volume and user acquisition through strategic influencer partnerships. Requirements - Proven experience in Business Development , Partnerships , or Influencer/KOL management , preferably in Crypto, Web3, or FinTech. - Strong network within India's crypto communities, trading groups, and influencer ecosystem. - Deep understanding of India's crypto culture , user behavior, and market dynamics. - Proficiency in English . - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize results. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with CEX/DEX platforms or crypto trading products. - Background in social media campaigns, affiliate programs, or creator management. - Previous work experience with Indian KOLs in gaming, finance, or crypto.
