We're seeking a Business Analyst, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to help drive digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring projects move smoothly from discovery through delivery while creating exceptional user experiences.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our delivery team, you will:
- Partner directly with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, UX teams, and product stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help prioritize and refine backlogs to support successful Agile delivery.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Support user acceptance testing and validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early to keep projects on track.
- Ensure requirements are clearly documented, traceable, and aligned with project objectives.
What You'll Bring

Qualifications:
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Background working as a Business Analyst within Agile development environments.
- Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Workfront.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital experience platforms and content management systems.
