Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technology by gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, improve business processes, and deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

- Support product research, process improvements, and solution recommendations.

- Facilitate requirement reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communication.

- Assist with functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), product demonstrations, and user training.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of business analysis deliverables.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or other software development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and business analysis will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, software development processes, and AI-assisted development tools is desirable.

- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or PMI-ACP will be an added advantage.
