Brand Designer
The role
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to shape how Solflare shows up across social media every day, while also supporting our People & Culture communications .
This is a hands-on role with social media design at its core. You’ll turn product updates, company news, campaigns, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities into distinctive, channel-appropriate creative. Alongside this primary focus, you’ll design internal communications, employer-brand materials, and recruitment content for our People organization.
You’ll work within Solflare ’s established brand identity, finding fresh ways to express it across a fast-moving social environment rather than redefining it. The role is best suited to someone who enjoys a steady creative rhythm, can balance planned work with quick-turnaround requests, and knows how to maintain craft and consistency at volume.
You’ll join the Brand & Creative team and collaborate most closely with Social Media and Marketing, followed by People & Culture and Recruitment. You’ll receive creative direction and support from senior members of the design team while taking independent ownership of assigned briefs from start to finish.

- Turn product updates, company news, campaigns, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities into clear and engaging social creative.

- Adapt ideas into channel-appropriate formats, sizes, and content variations without losing their impact.
- Work closely with the Social Media team to balance planned content with short-turnaround requests.
- Maintain a high level of craft and consistency while finding fresh ways to use the existing brand system across a steady volume of content.
- Build reusable templates and production systems that help the Social Media team move faster without making the work feel repetitive.
People and employer brand
- Design internal campaigns, announcements, presentations, event materials, and other employee communications.
- Create recruitment campaigns, job-ad visuals, onboarding materials, and employer-brand content for external channels.
- Help People & Culture turn complex or sensitive information into communication that is clear, engaging, and aligned with the Solflare brand.
- Support initiatives related to culture, learning, recognition, wellbeing, performance, and company events.
- Build reusable templates that enable People & Culture teams to handle recurring communication efficiently and consistently.
Brand systems and production
- Apply Solflare ’s visual identity consistently across internal and external communication.
- Create and maintain templates, libraries, components, and organized working files for recurring Social Media and People & Culture needs.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files for digital and occasional print use.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and communicate clearly about scope, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Identify repetitive work and propose practical improvements to templates and production workflows.
- Collaborate with senior designers when a brief requires a new creative direction or an extension of the existing identity.
Requirements:
- Around three to five years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design, either in-house or in an agency environment.
- A portfolio showing strong typography, composition, hierarchy, and attention to detail.
- Experience applying an established brand identity across multiple formats and communication needs.
- Strong digital-production skills and confidence creating content for social media.
- The ability to turn a clear brief into polished creative and independently manage work through feedback and final delivery.
- Good organizational skills and comfort working across recurring requests
