Bookkeeper

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a meticulous and independent Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team on a fully remote basis. The company is a recognized leader in the business consulting and investment sector, having significantly expanded their international portfolio and service offerings over the past few years. Responsibilities ​ The Bookkeeper will be entrusted with maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of their accounting data. Key responsibilities include:- Managing all aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. - Performing monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts. - Accurately recording financial transactions in QuickBooks Online. - Generating and analyzing financial reports to provide clear insights. - Organizing and maintaining digital financial documents and records. - Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial entries and reports. - Collaborating with the management team to support fiscal decision-making. Requirements - Must be highly detail-oriented with an exceptional level of organizational skill. - Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively. - A self-starter who can manage their time effectively in a remote work environment. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. - High proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
