Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to support the financial operations of a

property management business through accurate recordkeeping, vendor coordination, and

consistent reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments

- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations

- Maintain organized financial records and documentation

- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, discrepancies, and payment status

- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries

- Update and maintain records within Rent Manager and Microsoft applications

- Follow established accounting procedures and internal workflows

What We’re Looking For

- Experience with Rent Manager, Excel, and Microsoft Office

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

- Organized, dependable, and process-driven work style

- Ability to learn internal systems and follow procedures closely
