micro1 is engaging Biology Experts to contribute to a customer’s project focused on advancing AI-driven solutions in the life sciences. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. The engagement is designed for professionals who are passionate about communicating complex biological concepts and have a strong background in academic writing and practical research.
Scope of Work

- Review, annotate, and provide real-world feedback on diverse biological datasets and educational content.

- Author, evaluate, and edit laboratory reports, research papers, or field study narratives to ensure accuracy and clarity.

- Develop and refine prompts, queries, and data inputs to guide AI model understanding of biological concepts.

- Identify knowledge gaps and ambiguities in model-generated outputs, offering expert insights and corrections.

- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams through clear, concise written and verbal communication.

- Contribute to the creation of educational or reference materials that inform AI training and validation processes.

- Stay informed about current trends and standards in biology and related life sciences fields.

Preferred Qualifications

- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience authoring laboratory reports, peer-reviewed research papers, or field studies.

- Strong command of scientific writing, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting biological data from experimental or literature sources.

- Detail-oriented approach and commitment to scientific rigor and accuracy.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on precision and clarity.

- Prior experience collaborating remotely on scientific, research, or educational projects is a plus.
