Role Overview

Manage a portfolio of 60 French accounts, interacting with clients and the US team, and building strong relationships. The role involves regular check-ins, QBRs, and performance reviews, as well as supporting clients in WhatsApp campaign strategy.
What You Will Do

Act as the primary point of contact for French clients, conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and performance reviews, and support clients in WhatsApp campaign strategy, including designing, structuring, and optimizing campaigns.
Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate should come from a SaaS/Software company or a Marketing/Advertising agency, with experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, retention strategies, and WhatsApp campaign strategy. Bonus: AI familiarity is a plus.
Requirements
