Solar Rescue handles the solar removal and reinstall when a roofing job has solar. We need a confident, natural caller to introduce Solar Rescue to roofing companies, understand how they currently handle solar jobs, and schedule qualified conversations with our owner. Responsibilities Call roofing companies in the United States Reach the owner or correct decision-maker Ask about their current process, volume, and coordination Identify problems without using high-pressure sales tactics Schedule qualified 10–15 minute owner conversations Collect contact and live-job information Keep accurate CRM notes and complete follow-ups What We’re Looking For Clear, professional spoken English Outbound calling or appointment-setting experience Natural conversational style Strong listening and note-taking skills Comfortable speaking with business owners Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and availability during U.S. hours Coachable and able to follow a process without sounding scripted This is not a closing position. The owner handles pricing, technical questions, agreements, and closing. Your job is to understand the roofer’s situation, create interest, and make a clean handoff. Roofing is their business. Solar is ours.
