Role Overview

Lead the organization's enterprise privacy program, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations. Develop and oversee privacy risk management, including risk assessments, incident response, breach management, and privacy-by-design across clinical and technology environments.
What You Will Do

Develop and oversee privacy risk management, including risk assessments, incident response, breach management, and privacy-by-design across clinical and technology environments. Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, and Operations to integrate privacy into imaging platforms, AI technologies, cloud solutions, vendor management, and strategic initiatives.
Why It Might Be a Fit

8-10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare privacy, compliance, or regulatory affairs, with at least 5 years leading enterprise privacy or compliance programs. Deep expertise in HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules, vendor risk management, and healthcare privacy regulations.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Professional privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/US)

- Healthcare privacy, compliance, or security certifications (CHPC, CHPS, CISSP, CHC, CCEP)

- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare privacy, compliance, or regulatory affairs

- At least 5 years leading enterprise privacy or compliance programs
