About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Associate – Trust & Safety to help maintain a safe and trusted experience for our users. In this role, you will review and moderate user interactions, enforce community guidelines, identify policy violations, and ensure a high standard of platform safety and quality.

Working closely with the Trust & Safety team, you will play a key role in protecting users, improving moderation processes, and upholding the integrity of the Eaze community.
Key Responsibilities

- Review and moderate audio, chat, and user interactions in line with Eaze's community guidelines and safety policies.

- Identify, investigate, and take appropriate action on abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or policy-violating content and behavior.

- Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases to the relevant internal teams for timely resolution.

- Review user reports, appeals, and flagged conversations to ensure fair and consistent moderation decisions.

- Conduct quality audits of moderated conversations and maintain accurate moderation records.
