Mindsets is seeking a dynamic and intellectually curious Associate Business Analyst (ABA) to join our consulting team. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and gather data on various industries, markets, and companies.

- Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information to generate meaningful insights.

- Structure findings in clear visual formats and assist in preparing client-ready presentations.

- Support the creation of financial models and cash flow projections.

- Assist in building optimization and decision-making models.

- Collaborate with team members to deliver structured problem-solving approaches.

- Participate in client meetings and engage with industry experts to validate research.

- Contribute to internal knowledge development and documentation.

- Travel as required for project delivery and client engagements.

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in Engineering from a recognized academic institution.

- Fresh graduate with strong academic achievement and demonstrated analytical aptitude.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of programming languages or data analytics tools is a plus.

- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work effectively in team environments and manage time efficiently.

- Proven leadership and initiative through extracurricular or volunteer involvement.
