Job Description

- Manage a caseload of workers compensation matters from start to finish.

- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.

- Draft legal pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence.

- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance.

- Communicate frequently with clients and opposing counsel.

- Collaborate with firm leadership to achieve strong case outcomes.

Qualifications

- JD from an accredited law school.

- Active California Bar license.

- Minimum of 1 year of workers compensation experience (plaintiff or defense).

- Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage cases independently and efficiently.
