APPOINTMENT SETTER + MARKETING ASSISTANT

Work Setup: Fully Remote — Philippines Type of Work: Part-time to start, with potential to become full-time Base Salary: Starting at $4 AUD/hour Performance Review: Every 3 months, with opportunities for growth based on performance WHY JOIN US? * Daily individual performance bonuses * Monthly team bonuses * Top performers can earn very well through incentives * Overtime is paid — your extra hours count * Paid fortnightly, always on time — never delayed * Travel incentives 1–2 times per year for top performers * Our team has already travelled together to Hong Kong and Thailand * Friendly and fair work environment — no toxic culture * Opportunity to increase your hours and take on more responsibility * Potential to become full-time and long-term * Opportunity to grow with the business WHAT YOU’LL DO * Contact leads and book consultations/appointments * Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, and email * Manage leads and appointments through GoHighLevel (GHL) * Assist with social media marketing and content creation * Help manage Meta/Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads * Create and edit short-form videos for social media and advertising * Assist with lead generation and marketing campaigns * Keep CRM records organised and up to date * Help the team improve lead generation and conversions WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Preferably female * Philippines-based * Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or content creation * Hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads * Strong video editing skills — CapCut or similar * Good English communication skills * Creative and comfortable creating marketing content * Organised, reliable, and consistent * Able to work independently * Experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation is an advantage * GoHighLevel experience is a plus * Canva/content creation experience is a plus Fresh graduates with relevant marketing experience, internships, portfolio work, or hands-on experience in content creation and advertising are welcome to apply.
