Appointment setter / Inbox manager & Warm caller

ABOUT THE ROLE FlowLead runs outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns for B2B clients. We are hiring a confident Warm Caller and Inbox Appointment Setter to turn interested prospect replies into sales meetings. You will get replies from prospects who have shown interest, respond to and call them in under five minutes, answer questions, follow up, and book meetings on our clients’ calendars. You will work with multiple clients, each with a different offer. We provide clear SOPs, training videos, templates, client information, and regular alignment calls to help you succeed. This is a performance-driven role with opportunities to earn more as your results, skills, and responsibilities grow. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Respond to and call positive leads in under five minutes during assigned working hours. - Learn each client’s offer and qualification criteria. - Answer questions, handle common objections, and book qualified meetings. - Follow up consistently with interested prospects who have not booked through calling. Email s and LinkedIn follow-ups are automatic. - Use approved frameworks and AI drafts while checking every response for accuracy. - Keep prospect statuses and call notes accurate. - Attend training and alignment calls. COMPENSATION AND TRIAL - Initial 14-day paid performance trial: $20 for every qualified meeting booked. - After successfully completing the trial: $250 guaranteed monthly base salary plus $10 for every qualified meeting booked. - Expected earnings are approximately $550 per month when performing at target. - Earn an additional $50 monthly bonus if your average first-response time is below five minutes for eligible replies received during your assigned working hours. - Additional performance goals and financial rewards will be introduced based on your results, skills, and level of responsibility. Each client has different qualification criteria. These requirements and all performance targets will be clearly explained during training and before each measurement period. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Email replies are accurate, natural, persuasive, and appropriate for each prospect. - Calls are confident and conversational, with strong listening, rapport-building, and objection-handling. - Interested replies are consistently converted into qualified meetings. - Fast response times are maintained without sacrificing the quality of the reply or call. - Follow-ups are completed consistently so promising opportunities are not forgotten. - Booked meetings are relevant, properly qualified, and have a strong attendance rate. - Problems are approached proactively by using available information and resources to find solutions. - Prospect information and call notes remain accurate and organized. - Communication with the FlowLead team is reliable, professional, and proactive. TRAINING AND SUPPORT You will receive written SOPs, training videos, approved templates, client information, and other resources covering the complete role. The training includes: - Positive-reply and inbox management. - Writing natural and effective responses. - Calling warm prospects confidently. - Handling questions and objections. - Understanding client offers and qualification criteria. - Following up and booking meetings correctly. - Using the required tools. We will also hold onboarding and regular alignment calls to review performance, provide coaching, resolve blockers, and ensure everyone remains aligned. Our calling material is a guide rather than a word-for-word script. We want someone who can follow a proven process while communicating naturally and confidently. SCHEDULE This is a full-time position covering Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. U.S. daylight-saving changes will shift the corresponding working hours in the Philippines.
