Appointment Setter (Facebook & Instagram DMs) — Women's Fitness Coaching About Us We're a growing online fitness coaching company for women 40+, helping them rebuild their relationship with food, shift their mindset around nutrition and exercise, and build the energy to show up as their best selves — for themselves and their families. This isn't just a job for our team; everyone here leads with passion and lives a healthy lifestyle themselves. The Role We're looking for an experienced appointment setter to manage conversations in our Facebook and Instagram ---------- , warming up leads and booking them onto consultation calls. You'll be the first real human connection many of these women have with our brand — so tone, empathy, and follow-through matter as much as the numbers. What You'll Do - Respond to and nurture inbound ---------- leads on Facebook and Instagram - Qualify leads and book them onto sales/discovery calls - Follow up consistently with warm leads who haven't booked yet - Track conversations and outcomes in our CRM/spreadsheet - Communicate with the team on lead quality and objections you're hearing What We're Looking For - 2–4 years of experience in appointment setting, ideally in DMs/social media - Available 6-8hrs a day 6-7 days/week. - Coachable, "batteries included" — ready to work and ready to learn - Genuine interest in health, fitness, or wellness (you don't have to be an athlete, but you should walk the walk) - Excellent written English and a warm, persuasive communication style - Comfortable with high-volume conversations without losing personal touch - Wants to be part of a mission-driven team, not just clocking in Compensation $3-4/hour base + 2.5% commission on booked/closed appointments (Opportunities for monthly bonuses a swell) Why Join Us You'll be part of a team that's genuinely changing women's lives not just another remote gig.
