Appointment Setter

Company: Inceptus Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates only) Schedule: Part-time, minimum 5 hours/day, Monday–Friday (US business hours preferred) Pay: $600–$900/month (based on experience), paid monthly Type: Independent contractor / long-term remote role About Us Inceptus is a cybersecurity firm helping businesses protect themselves against modern threats. We're growing our outreach team and looking for a sharp, reliable appointment setter to help us connect with potential clients. What You'll Do Cold call potential clients to introduce our cybersecurity services Qualify leads on the phone and schedule discovery calls/consultations for our sales team Follow up consistently by phone with prospects until an appointment is booked Keep accurate, up-to-date records of calls and lead status in our CRM Report daily/weekly on call activity and results (calls made, appointments booked) Handle basic objections professionally and know when to escalate to the sales team Requirements Fluent English — spoken. You'll be calling potential clients directly, so clear communication and a professional phone manner are essential Available to work a minimum of 5 hours per day, consistently Prior experience as a cold caller, appointment setter, telemarketer, SDR, or in a similar outbound phone sales role Comfortable making a high volume of outbound cold calls — this is not a passive role Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a working headset Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is a plus Self-motivated and able to work independently while hitting daily/weekly call targets Some knowledge of MSPs/MSSPs (Managed Service Providers/Managed Security Service Providers) and how they sell into businesses is strongly preferred Bonus: prior experience in B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity/IT sales How to Apply To help us find candidates who read the full posting, please start your application message with the word "Firewall".
