POSITION SUMMARY:This position reports to the Enterprise Software Supervisor within the Information TechnologyDepartment.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillbecomeamemberofthe NuScaleEnterpriseSoftwareGroupworking with the PLM support team.
ThepositionwillprovidesupportfortheinterfacebetweentheEngineeringCADteamandthe NuScaleProductLife Cycle Management (PLM) system. This position will also provide support to the Aras PLM platform.

- Assistinthedevelopmentofsoftwaredocumentationandprocedures
- AssistPLMsupportengineersindailyperformanceoftheiractivities
- ResolvesCADuserissues
- Mayprovideusertraininginareasofexpertise
- May serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to other departments, including offsite audits as required to support PLM activities.

MINIMUMSKILLS,QUALIFICATIONSANDABILITIES:
- Education/Certification:A minimum of a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or engineeringfromafour-yearaccreditedcollegeoruniversityisrequired.Alternatively,8yearsofdirectly relevant full-time working experience with Siemens NX CAD or Aras PLM may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience:Aminimumof5years’experienceincomplexITenvironmentssupportingSiemensNXCADis required. Must be able to clearly elaborate on experienceworkingincollaborativeteams. Must have strongtechnicalwritingskillsand excellentcommunication,computer,presentation,andinterpersonalskills.Must also be able to demonstratestrongorganizationskillsandabilitytoworkoncomplexprojectswithmultipleworkphases.Additional preferred experience includes:
- ExperiencewitheitherArasInnovatorPLMandxPLMconnectorsoftware
