Technical Business Analyst - Software Implementation and Development
The Technical Business Analyst - Software Implementation and Development is responsible for successfully implementing and customizing software solutions based on client needs. This role involves collaborating closely with clients, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring smooth deployments. Key responsibilities include configuring and developing functionalities for software platforms like Odoo, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with a solid grasp of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and business process re-engineering.

Client Business Process Analysis : Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for software integration and optimization.
