AI Video Creator for E-commerce Brand

We run fast-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the men's and women's health & apparel space, advertising heavily on Meta (Facebook /Instagram). We produce a high volume of ad creative every single week. We're looking for a detail-obsessed AI Creative Producer to generate and edit scroll-stopping static and video ads using the latest AI image and video tools — following our briefs and brand guidelines exactly. This is a production role. You won't need to invent strategy — we provide the concepts, scripts, and templates. Your job is to turn our briefs into clean, on-brand, ready-to-run creatives, fast and at volume. What you'll do Generate static ad images with AI image tools, following our exact templates, product packshots, and text layouts Produce video ads by generating AI shots and assembling/editing them (mostly in CapCut) from scripts we provide Reproduce product packshots pixel-perfect and place text/offers exactly as briefed Create multiple variations of a winning concept quickly (batch production) Iterate on creatives based on feedback until they're right Keep files organized, clearly named, and delivered ready to upload Tools you'll work with (experience with several expected; we'll train you on our specific stack) AI image generation: Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana / Google image models, Stable Diffusion, or similar AI video generation: Runway, Kling, Google VEO, Seedance / Hailuo, or similar Video editing: CapCut (must-have); Premiere Pro / After Effects a plus Light design & touch-up: Photoshop or Canva a plus Who we're looking for (must-haves) Hands-on, recent experience creating ad creatives with AI image AND video tools (show us samples) Strong CapCut / video editing skills Obsessive attention to detail — you match a reference exactly and never leave sloppy text or AI artifacts Fast turnaround, comfortable producing at volume without dropping quality Able to follow detailed written briefs precisely and take direction Good written English and reliable communication Reliable internet, own computer, available during our working hours Nice to have (bonus) Direct-response / performance ad creative experience for Meta (hooks, retention, UGC-style) DTC e-commerce, dropshipping, or supplement/health niche experience Understanding of ad formats (4:5, 1:1, 9:16) and what makes an ad convert How to apply (read carefully — applications that skip these steps are ignored) Start your message with the word "PIXAR" so we know you read the full ad.
