Summary Full-Time | Remote | Philippines | Immediate Start OTE: $3,000+/month — more pages = more earning potential We’re looking for a fast, creative AI UGC Editor + Instagram Operator to help scale multiple e-commerce Instagram pages. You’ll start with 1 page and help us scale to 5 pages, with each page posting up to 5x/day. This is a high-volume role where speed, consistency, creativity, and execution matter. What You'll Do Create realistic, engaging AI-generated UGC videos Generate/edit content using tools such as Seedance, Higgsfield, Veo 3, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, and CapCut Maintain consistent characters, visuals, and storytelling across videos Produce enough content to support multiple pages daily Manage posting and scheduling across multiple Instagram accounts Monitor content performance and identify winning hooks, formats, and openings Repurpose successful content across pages Maintain organized workflows and content systems ???? The Quality We're Looking For We want AI UGC that looks natural and believable, not obviously AI-generated. You should be comfortable creating: Natural-looking faces Believable lip sync Realistic lighting Consistent characters Engaging hooks Short-form content designed for Instagram Reference page: Mother Satori Please review the page before applying. MUST-HAVE You should already have: Experience running multiple Instagram theme pages simultaneously Proven experience growing Instagram pages Strong AI UGC editing skills Hands-on experience with Seedance, Higgsfield, and Veo 3 Understanding of AI prompting, seeds, and character consistency Experience managing high-volume social content Strong attention to detail and fast turnaround Ability to work consistently every day This is NOT an entry-level AI editing position. We can train you on our specific workflow, but you should already know how to create quality AI UGC. ? Bonus Experience with Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, or CapCut Experience with e-commerce content Strong understanding of Instagram growth Experience creating viral/reaction-driven content Scriptwriting or copywriting experience Experience testing hooks and creative angles ???? Growth Opportunity We're starting with 1 page and scaling to 5. The more pages you successfully help us operate and grow, the more you can earn. You'll also have the opportunity to learn our scripting and creative framework. If you eventually take ownership of scripting, your compensation can increase accordingly. You'll work directly with a Video Editing Manager who will train you, provide feedback, and help you improve. ????
