About the Role
We're looking for an Agent Factory Product Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise solutions.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and scaling intelligent agents across the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll transform defined business use cases into production-ready agentic solutions, leveraging modern AI technologies, Azure services, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and AI leadership to ensure every solution delivers real business value while meeting enterprise standards for security, performance, and governance.
Beyond technical delivery, you'll bring product thinking and commercial awareness, helping to identify meaningful customer challenges, emerging AI opportunities, and relevant market trends. Your insights will contribute to shaping and refining the Agent Factory roadmap and backlog.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building practical AI applications and can take solutions from concept through to production deployment.
