Our Vision

We believe in a world where everyone, regardless of their country’s wealth or frontiers, enjoys access to medicines and healthcare when they need it.
Our Mission

We work tirelessly to remove access barriers faced by patients and caregivers across Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) when seeking quality medicines and quality healthcare.

Who We Are: Accelerating access to medicines for all

Imagine a world where critical medicines are within reach, affordable, and synonymous with quality, no matter where you are. That is the world we're building with our unique, demand-aggregation model that unites healthcare providers across LMICs. At the heart of our identity is a single, resolute commitment: to build a future where geography and income never stand between any individual and life-saving medicines. Our platform isn't merely a space for transactions, we unlock affordable access to medicines by aggregating demand across healthcare providers. We also help manufacturers build a sustainable and reliable global access strategy.

Our business focuses on low- and middle-income countries and strengthens the purchasing power of these markets to ensure the supply of cost-effective, high-quality medicines.
We partner exclusively with authorized, high-quality pharmaceutical companies and certified caregivers to accelerate sustainable access to medicines.
About the Position:

We're building end-to-end AI agents that autonomously handle key steps of our B2B health procurement marketplace, with human review built in where the risk calls for it. We're hiring an AI Product Designer to shape how buyers, suppliers, and our internal operations team actually work with those agents: not just the interface, but the judgment calls about when an agent should act alone, when it should ask, and how a human reviewer catches problems fast.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end design role. You'll be embedded with the engineers building the agents from day one, not handed a spec after the fact. You'll be defining the design approach for this problem area, not following an existing playbook.
What you'll own

-
Design the end-to-end experience for autonomous agents across the procurement workflow

-
Design the human review layer: what a reviewer sees, how much context they get, and how fast they can approve, reject, or correct an agent's action

-
Make the call, together with the AI Engineer, on where an agent should act autonomously and where it should pause for a human, and design the interface for both cases

-
Design for trust: make it clear to buyers, suppliers, and internal reviewers what the agent did, why, and how to override it

-
Turn real procurement workflows into clear, structured flows that an agent and a human can both work within

-
Prototype fast, test with real users, and iterate based on where agents actually fail in production, working directly with commercial and operations teams to understand the procurement process end to end, not just the screens

What we're looking for

-
Strong product design fundamentals: you can take a real-world workflow and turn it into something structured and usable

-
Ability to design for trust, transparency, and human oversight of automated systems: approval flows, audit trails, override controls, confidence indicators

-
A review instinct, not an ingesting one: you design so the agent surfaces a synthesized decision or action for a human to approve, edit, or reject, rather than dumping raw data for a human to read and reconstruct. The human should be checking the agent's work, not doing it

Experience

-
You have designed AI-powered or agentic products, ideally something that runs autonomously in production rather than AI-assisted features

-
You have worked directly with engineers from the earliest stages, shaping what's buildable rather than handing off finished specs

-
You have tested and iterated on live products, learning from real usage and real failures, not just usabil
