AI & Automation Specialist

We are an established Business Development company looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to help us improve and automate our internal operations. This is not a one-time consulting project. We are looking for a freelancer who can work with us on an ongoing basis, approximately 5-10 hours per week, learn how our team operates, and build practical AI agents and automation workflows around real business needs. What you'll do • Understand existing workflows, requirements, and desired outcomes • Translate business needs into practical AI and automation solutions • Build AI agents and automated workflows • Connect and automate processes across different business systems • Work with APIs, webhooks, scripting, and low-code tools where appropriate • Test, troubleshoot, and improve implemented solutions • Maintain clear documentation of the solutions you build • Support and improve existing automations as requirements evolve Your primary focus will be understanding our requirements and executing them effectively. Ideas and initiatives for further automation are always welcome. What we're looking for • 2-5 years of relevant automation, development, or technical implementation experience • Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows or agents • Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and authentication • Ability to use Python and/or JavaScript when custom logic is required • Good understanding of LLMs and their practical use in business workflows • Ability to understand an operational requirement and translate it into a working technical solution • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Engagement • Freelance / independent contractor • Fully remote • Open to candidates globally • Approximately 5-10 hours per week initially • Ongoing engagement rather than a fixed project • Flexible working hours with reasonable availability for team coordination Interested?
