Location ／ 勤務地 PISA Kids, Kawaguchi Campus A 2-minute walk from JR Kawaguchi Station PISAキッズ川口校 JR川口駅より徒歩2分 Schedule ／ 勤務曜日・時間 - Monday to Friday, at least 3 days per week - 1:30 PM–7:30 PM (minimum 3 hours per day; hours may vary during school holidays and long breaks: 7:20 AM–7:30 PM) - 月～金のうち週3日以上 - 13:30～19:30のうち3時間以上（小学校長期休暇中は7:20～19:30） Salary ／ 給与 Hourly wage: ¥1,300–¥1,600 (Performance-based raises available) 時給1,300円～1,600円（昇給あり） Benefits ／ 待遇 - Social insurance coverage (subject to eligibility) - Paid leave available - Transportation allowance provided per company policy - Casual dress code (excluding overly flashy or inappropriate attire) - No smoking inside the building - 社会保険制度有（条件有） - 有給休暇制度 - 交通費支給（規定有） - 服装自由（華美でないものに限る） - 建物内禁煙 Main Duties ／ 主な仕事内容 - Provide English lessons and after-school care for children aged 6–10. - Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that help children enjoy learning and build natural language skills. - Pick up children on foot from nearby schools and Kawaguchi Station. - Support children’s daily routines, including snack preparation and guiding basic manners. - Prepare for and clean up after programs and activities. - Maintain a clean, welcoming classroom environment that supports children’s learning and play. - 6～10歳児を対象に、英語レッスンおよび学童サポートを行います。 - 子どもたちが「英語って楽しい！」と感じられるよう、自然な英語力を身につけるためのレッスン運営を担当します。 - 近隣の学校や川口駅まで、児童を徒歩でお迎えします。 - おやつの準備や、基本的なマナーの声がけなど、生活支援を行います。 - プログラムに必要な準備・片付けを行います。 - 子どもが楽しく学び遊べるよう、教室の清掃・美化や環境づくりを行います。 Required Qualifications ／ 必須資格・経験 - Be eligible to work in Japan with a valid status of residence - Be comfortable communicating with Japanese staff in Japanese - Be familiar with Japanese culture and educational practices - Be a high school graduate or hold an equivalent qualification - Be comfortable using PCs and tablets - Be a reliable team player and positive role model for children - 日本での就労が可能な在留資格をお持ちの方 - 日本人スタッフとの日本語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方 - 日本の文化・教育への理解がある方 - 高校卒業以上 - PC・タブレット操作に抵抗のない方 - 子どもの手本となる、チームワークを重んじる方 Preferred Qualifications ／ 歓迎資格・経験 - Experience in after-school programs, tutoring centers (juku), or childcare - Strong business etiquette and effective communication skills - Parenting experience that can be leveraged in lesson planning - Availability to work 4–5 days per week with a fixed schedule - 学童保育、学習塾、保育業界での勤務経験 - ビジネスマナーが身についており、報・連・相が円滑に行える方 - 子育て経験を教育に活かしたい方 - 週4～5日、曜日固定で勤務可能な方 Personal Attributes ／ 求める人物像 - Enjoy working with children and supporting their growth - Creative and proactive lesson planner - Collaborative with a strong team-oriented mindset - 子どもが好きで、英語で「できた！」を一緒に喜べる方 - 自らアイデアを出し、楽しいレッスンを企画できる方 - 協調性があり、チームワークを大切にできる方
