Affiliate Manager – Remote / Part-time

**Peak Media World** is looking for a proactive, organized, and commercially minded **Affiliate Manager** to help us build and develop our international recommendation and distribution network. This is not simply an administrative affiliate role. Our main goal is to find and develop **partners who can recommend, promote, or distribute Peak Media World products and content to their own audiences.** At the same time, we will also identify suitable affiliate products and programs that we can recommend through projects such as **MovePERMA**. About the Role Peak Media World is building a portfolio of digital content, books, guides, knowledge products, websites, and thematic projects for international audiences. We want to build a strong network of people and organizations that can help us reach relevant audiences. Potential partners may include: * Influencers and content creators * Bloggers and publishers * Media companies * Thematic websites * Newsletter publishers * Online communities * Affiliate websites and platforms * Content platforms * Other relevant recommendation or distribution partners The primary focus of this role is therefore: **Finding partners who can recommend or distribute our products and content.** Your Main Responsibilities 1. Build Our Partner Network You will research and identify potential partners who could be a good fit for Peak Media World. This includes: * Finding relevant websites, publishers, creators, influencers, media companies, newsletters, communities, and platforms * Building and maintaining structured partner lists * Researching audience, content, reach, relevance, and business model * Identifying suitable partnership and affiliate opportunities * Prioritizing the most promising prospects * Finding the correct contact person or partnership channel * Preparing and sending professional outreach messages * Following up with potential partners * Maintaining communication and developing long-term relationships * Keeping partner information organized and up to date The goal is not to collect as many contacts as possible. **We want relevant partners who can genuinely help us reach the right audiences.** 2. Partner Outreach Our outreach will primarily be digital. You will mainly work with: * Email * Affiliate platform messaging * Website contact forms * Professional social or creator platforms * Other appropriate digital communication channels Traditional cold calling is **not the main focus of this position**. You should, however, be comfortable communicating professionally with potential partners when a conversation or call is appropriate. Outreach should be personalized rather than mass-spam. You will use prepared information, templates, AI-assisted research, and structured processes, while applying your own judgment to make communication relevant to each potential partner. 3. AI-Assisted Partner Research Peak Media World uses AI to make repetitive research and administrative work more efficient. AI may help us with: * Finding potential partner websites and companies * Creating initial prospect lists * Researching companies and audiences * Organizing contact information * Identifying relevant affiliate programs * Preparing outreach drafts * Categorizing and prioritizing prospects * Maintaining structured databases * Supporting reporting and analysis Your job is to **review, verify, prioritize, and act on the information**. You should therefore be comfortable using AI tools and interested in learning how to use them effectively. You do not need to be an AI or automation specialist. 4.
