For an incredible iGaming company, we are looking for a great Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliate team.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 markets .
- Experience working in a product company .
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to effectively use analytics for decision-making.
- Ability to calculate campaign profitability and optimize performance based on data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with partners at different levels.
- Budget and cost management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changes in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Attract new partners to develop and scale the existing affiliate programme.
- Analyse SEO sites to determine the most profitable positions and traffic acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
- Day-to-day communication with affiliates to discuss existing and create future campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance, calculate profitability, and take action to maximise affiliate performance.
- Manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and budgeted expenses.
- Manage the process of creating the necessary creative materials (banners, landing pages, etc.).
- Optimise costs to achieve maximum impact within the affiliate programme.
