These services are considered part of The ProSidian Transport & Logistics Sector Group with overall focus being Transport & Logistics (TLT) Sector Group: Solutions To Move Transport & Logistics Strategy Forward. for clients such as National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
JOB OVERVIEW

ProSidian, a dynamic management and consulting firm, is seeking an adept Administrative Manager to play a pivotal role in a transformative initiative focused on comprehending drivers' attitudes and behaviors related to alcohol and non-alcohol drug use. The Administrative Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of project resources, administrative processes, and the overall project logistics. The administrative manager provides project-specific administrative support, oversees the day-today use of project resources including ProSidian staff level of effort and equipment, maintains the project filing system, organizes meetings and makes travel arrangements. An administrative manager ensures that the administrative aspects of the project are up-to-date, functioning and in good order.

As part of a collaborative venture with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), we are seeking a seasoned and adept Administrative Manager to work on a comprehensive survey project aimed at enhancing road safety and reducing the risks associated with impaired driving. This unique opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in a research initiative that aligns with our mission to create impactful change. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Provide vital administrative support, facilitating the efficient operation of the project team.

- Spearhead the coordination and management of project resources, including oversight of Contractor staff and equipment.

- Maintain and organize the project filing system, ensuring administrative components are up-to-date and well-structured.

- Collaborate closely with the Project Director and other team members, contributing to the project's overall success.

- Assist in the preparation of project materials and reports, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to guidelines.

- Organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and oversee various project administration tasks.

Desired Qualifications For Administrative Manager | Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant Candidates:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.

- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in administrative roles, particularly within project-oriented environments.
