Accounting Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will support the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions for multiple companies primarily operating in real estate, property management, construction, and hospitality. This is a multi-entity accounting position. The ability to accurately manage tasks across multiple companies, properties, and projects is required. Property management accounting experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Timecard Management Expense Management End-of-Month Accounting Support Additional Support As Needed The right person for this role is someone who takes ownership of their work and genuinely cares about accuracy. Because you will be working across multiple companies and properties, organization and attention to detail are extremely important. You must be comfortable switching between entities while ensuring bills, expenses, timecards, and accounting records are assigned to the correct company and property. We value team members who are proactive. If something doesn't look right, we want you to investigate it, ask questions, and help us find a solution rather than simply moving the task forward.
