We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the full accounting cycle for multi-entity U.S.-based operations . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks Online , GAAP compliance , and financial reporting , with the ability to manage daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close independently.
This role requires both strategic and hands-on expertise — ensuring accuracy in every financial transaction while supporting leadership with meaningful insights on cash flow, profitability, and process improvement . Experience working with multi-location, service-based, or restaurant businesses is highly preferred.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close

Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online and prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow reports

Handle payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements using Gusto or similar tools

Reconcile data between POS or ERP systems (e.g., Clover, Salesforce) and accounting platforms

Support audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting

Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen accounting accuracy and efficiency

Provide financial insights and administrative support to leadership
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle bookkeeping

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes

Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting environments

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred:

Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or SaaS industries

Familiarity with Clover POS, Gusto, NetSuite, or Salesforce

Knowledge of ASC 606 and audit preparation
