Role: Account Manager – UK/EU
Location: Anywhere in India
Job Description:
Who we’re looking for:

- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with MSPs, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.

- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality IT talent based on client needs.

- Manage client accounts to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction

- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment market.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and placement.

- Assist recruiters to source the profile as per the given Job description and screen the profile, schedule an interview and follow up till the candidate joins the client's place.

- Provide training to the recruiters and team members on sourcing technology and emerging skills & Technologies

- Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and potential challenges.

- Develop and manage client expectations and timelines, ensuring timely and successful placements.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, aiming to be seen as a trusted advisor for their IT recruitment needs.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and meeting recruitment targets.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
